The Adoption Process
Potential adopters must first complete our adoption application. You may submit it online or print it, then drop it off, mail it or fax it to us. Pick your preferred version: Online Form - Adobe Reader

Incomplete applications will not be considered. If you are completing an adoption application, please let your current veterinarian know that we will be calling to check your pet's history. Many veterinarians will not release information without your consent, so this will save us time in the application process.

What's Next?
Once an application is received, the screening process begins. Upon approval of the application, we will contact you to set up an appointment for you to meet the dog you are interested in. Much time is spent with each applicant as they meet the dog (or dogs) they want to consider as their new family member.

If all goes well, the applicant may take the dog home that day or they may set up a time to return to finalize the adoption process. All adoptions take place in Holland at our facility.
